There’s much to like about MRockola: it is free, it provides support for GNU/Linux, Mac, and Windows, it can play audio and video files, it supports karaoke files, and it emulates a jukebox. So if you’re looking for a jukebox-like media experience for your PC, go ahead and give MRockola a try. Use it for free to listen to songs, watch videos, and sing along to your favorite tracks.

MRockola is available for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac OS X, and GNU/Linux. The installer for Microsoft’s Windows operating system is close to 21MB in size. Once you have the installer on your PC, installing MRockola is a simple matter. Just run the installer, click through the instructions presented by a setup wizard, and you will be done in no time at all. It must be mentioned here that the installer provides support for English and Spanish.

As mentioned above, MRockola emulates a jukebox – and that means that the interface is just what you would expect from a jukebox. Mind you, said interface can be customized. Click F2 to acess the settings menu, go to the Interface submenu, and perform the following: change the menu language, pick a finder style, change the background image.

MRockola is a jukebox for your PC. You can use it to play a variety of audio files, such as MP3, OGG, WAV, MP4 AAC, FLAC. You can also use it to play video files, like AVI, MPG, FLV, WMV and more. Last but not least, you can use the application to play karaoke files and sing along to your favorite songs. You can do all these things for free, from a customizable, jukebox-like interface.

MRockola emulates a jukebox, supports many media formats, has a customizable interface, and it is free. What more could you want?

Pros

MRockola is available for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, and Linux. The application supports multiple languages. The interface is customizable. Audio, video, and karaoke files are supported. Hotkeys are supported as well. MRockola is free.

Cons

None that I could think of.
